THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN SURREY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY WORKING WITH CARER NETWORKS AND SCHOOLS TO IDENTIFY YOUNG CARERS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN NEED AND TO PROVIDE THEM WITH NUTRITIOUS MEALS.
