Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: (1) WITHIN THE AREAS OF THE MISSIONS, THE ADVANCEMENT OR MAINTENANCE OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC RELIGION OR OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH; AND (2) THE SUPPORT OF THE WORK OF BELMONT ABBEY GENERAL CIO; IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE ABBOT SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
