Activities - how the charity spends its money
The Woodingdean Community Association provides facilities within the Community Centre for all residents to access. It is used for functions, clubs, societies, teaching, group meetings, dance classes and also large gatherings for the elderly who can be housebound for the majority of their time. It is also used by local colleges for courses for residents. There is also a kitchen area for all to use.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF WOODINGDEAN AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS.
