TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION AND SUPPORT FOR THOSE WHO FIND THEMSELVES HOMELESS OR AT RISK OF BECOMING HOMELESS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A WINTER NIGHT-SHELTER, SUPPORTED HOUSING, PERSONAL REHABILITATION INCLUDING, WHERE APPROPRIATE, BASIC EDUCATION AND ALSO SKILLS TRAINING TO INCLUDE RELAPSE PREVENTION TRAINING, AS WELL AS TENANCY MANAGEMENT SKILLS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH A CHRISTIAN ETHOS.
