Activities - how the charity spends its money
We are a mental health awareness and suicide prevention charity, we also support and help with the wellbeing of vulnerable people and families. We offer support via telephone, face to face, video meeting and we can also support you through counselling. We offer support from age 4 up-to 90. We run several local community groups offering support and we also have suicide prevention crisis response.

ADVANCING HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT [WHAT] BY EDUCATING [WHO] THE PUBLIC [HOW] ABOUT THE RISKS OF MENTAL WELLBEING OF AND SUICIDE TO FAMILY WELFARE THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF ISOLATION OF PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED DUE TO MENTAL ILLNESS AND/OR POVERTY, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING SUPPORT TO PROVIDE THEM WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO INTEGRATE MORE INTO SOCIETY. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008]
