TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY DOING MENTAL WELFARE LEARNING TO STUDENTS IN FULL-TIME EDUCATION. ADVANCING HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT [WHAT] BY EDUCATING [WHO] THE PUBLIC [HOW] ABOUT THE RISKS OF MENTAL WELLBEING OF AND SUICIDE TO FAMILY WELFARE THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF ISOLATION OF PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED DUE TO MENTAL ILLNESS AND/OR POVERTY, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING SUPPORT TO PROVIDE THEM WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO INTEGRATE MORE INTO SOCIETY. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008]
