A PRIZE OR PRIZES TO BE AWARDED ANNUALLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATIONS AGREED UPON BY THE SAID TRUSTEES OR THEIR SUCCESSORS TO A MEMBER OR MEMBERS OF ST ANSLEMS HALL, MANCHESTER. IF FOR ANY REASON ST ANSLEMS HALL SHALL CEASE TO BE IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES OR THEIR SUCCESSORS PRINCIPALLY A TRAINING PLACE FOR CANDIDATES FOR HOLY ORDERS THE SAID TRUSTEES OR THEIR SUCCESSORS MAY AT ANY TIME TRANSFER THE SAME TO SOME OTHER INSTITUTION FOR THE TRAINING OF CANDIDATES FOR HOLY ORDERS PREFERABLY AN INSTITUTION WITHIN THE DIOCESE OF MANCHESTER.
