Charitable objects
SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SUB-CLAUSE 3.2, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY A MAXIMUM OF £20,000 (TWENTY THOUSAND POUNDS) WORTH OF INCOME PER CHARITABLE OBJECT IN ANY ONE CALENDAR YEAR, AND UP TO £50,000 (FIFTY THOUSAND POUNDS) WORTH OF CAPITAL PER CALENDAR YEAR, AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER TO, OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF, THE LEPROSY MISSION ENGLAND AND WALES OF GOLDHAY WAY, ORTON, GOLDHAY, PETERBOROUGH, PE2 5GZ (REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER 1050327) AND SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS THAT HELP UNITE LOCAL COMMUNITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CHURCHES, YOUTH CLUBS AND CHILDCARE INSTITUTIONS LOCATED AND WORKING WITHIN WARWICKSHIRE, OXFORDSHIRE AND NORTHAMPTONSHIRE AS THE FOUNDER MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BY NOTICE TO THE TRUSTEES DIRECT. WHERE THE FOUNDER HAS NOT BY 5 APRIL IN A TAX YEAR GIVEN ONE OR MORE DIRECTIONS WHICH HAVE RESULTED IN ALL OF THE INCOME ARISING IN THE PREVIOUS TAX YEAR HAVING BEEN DISTRIBUTED BY THE TRUSTEES, THEN THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE BALANCE OF SUCH INCOME FOR OR TOWARDS SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES, AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
