Talk Changes focuses on promoting mental health awareness and advocacy, through workshops, events, and Counselling services, with a specific emphasis on addressing anti-oppressive discrimination. By promoting open conversations and understanding, we seek to break down stigmas surrounding mental health issues and create a supportive environment for those who may be struggling.
