Charitable objects
THE FOUNDATION IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF CHARITY IN ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE TIME BEING WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION AS TO AGE, SEX, RACE, RELIGION OR OPINION:- (1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY. (2) THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING (3) THE ADVANCEMENT OF OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008
