TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE AFFECTED BY DEMENTIA, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS IN SHROPSHIRE, AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, TELFORD AND WREKIN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY WORKING TO: A) SHARE BEST PRACTICE IN THE CARE OF PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA; B) CONNECT ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS; C) TAKE ACTION ON DEMENTIA; D) GIVE A VOICE TO PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA AND THEIR CARERS; WITH THE AIM OF CREATING DEMENTIA FRIENDLY COMMUNITIES.
