TO PROVIDE FOR THE BENEFIT OFPERSONS RESIDENT WITHIN THE CIVIL PARISH OF BEAUDESERT FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS WITHIN THE SAID PARISH WHO SHALL BE IN POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR OF LIMITED MEANS SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT TO APPLY UP TO HALF THE INCOME IN ANY YEAR FOR CERTAIN EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES SET OUT IN THE DEED.
