The Cat Welfare Group's activities are to relieve the suffering and distress of cats, kittens and feral cats which are in need of care and attention by reason of abandonment, neglect, sickness, maltreatment or poor circumstances in the Portsmouth and Southampton area by providing a rescue, fostering and re-homing service and veterinary treatment.
