THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AMONGST PARENTS AND FAMILIES RESIDENT IN WALES WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE LOSS OF A CHILD, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: I. SUPPORTING NEWLY BEREAVED PARENTS BY THE PROVISION OF MEMORY BOXES AND KEEPSAKES; II. PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE; III. PROVIDING PRACTICAL ADVICE AND INFORMATION.
