TO SECURE AND UNDERTAKE THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE PRESERVATION RESTORATION ENHANCEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE MILL MEECE PUMPING STATION NEAR STAFFORD TOGETHER WITH THE ENGINES MACHINERY PLANT TOOLS AND ACILLARY EQUIPMENT NOW USED AND FORMERLY USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE OPERATION OF THE STATION. 2. TO ESTABLISH A MUSEUM FOR THE PRESERVATION AND DESPLAY OF ENGINES MACHINERY ARTICLES RELICS AND DOCUMENTS.
