TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE LIVING IN COMBE MARTIN, DEVON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES, AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, BY MAKING GRANTS TO OTHER CHARITIES AND ORGANISATIONS IN FURTHERANCE OF EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
