THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ENGLAND BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE HOMELESS, OR TO OTHER CHARITIES OR ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO HELP AND SUPPORT HOMELESS PEOPLE.
