Charitable objects
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE THE HEALTH OF WOMEN IN ENGLAND IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING THEM WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO BE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE.
FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE, ÆPHYSICALLY ACTIVEÆ MEANS A RANGE OF SPORTING AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE WIDELY CONSIDERED TO BRING, BOTH, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH BENEFITS.
FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE, ÆWOMENÆ MEANS ANYONE OVER THE AGE OF 18 THAT IDENTIFIES AS A WOMAN.
