THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF STRAY AND UNWANTED DOGS IN THE AREA OF BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, OXFORDSHIRE AND BERKSHIRE IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING A RESCUE AND REHOMING SERVICE FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS WHO BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES AND SIMILAR CAUSES ARE IN NEED OF SUCH CARE AND ATTENTION
