The Dhamma Centre is a Buddha dhamma-inspired community hub offering weekly meditation and mindfulness classes, retreats, and pastoral care, led by Buddhist monastic teachers. Our Maldon Road Centre provides a calm space for silent practice and community gatherings, supporting people of all backgrounds in cultivating mental clarity, resilience, and well-being.
