THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 3.1 TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION, BY THE PROCLAMATION AND FURTHERANCE OF THE GOSPEL OF GOD CONCERNING HIS SON JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD AND THE PREACHING AND TEACHING OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE; AND 3.2 THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY WORLDWIDE, BY, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES OR TO OTHER ORGANISATIONS THAT ARE WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY PROVIDED THAT NOTHING IN THIS DEED SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
