THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSE OF THE CIO ARE:
THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH OR THE SAVING OF LIVES BY ESTABLISHING A HEALTH CENTRE FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN UNDER-FIVE AND A SAFE SPACE FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS TO DISCUSS ISSUES RELATING TO THEIR SEXUAL REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH IN THE REPUBLIC OF GUINEA.
TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
