TO PROMOTE IN THE ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF MIDDLESBROUGH THE WELFARE OF ANY PERSONS IN NEED OF HELP AND PROTECTION FROM WHATEVER CAUSE INCLUDING:- (I) CHILDREN (II) THE FAMILIES OF SUCH CHILDREN AND OTHER PERSONS,INCLUDING SINGLE PARENT FAMILIES (III) UNMARRIED MOTHERS DURING PREGNANCY AT CHILDBIRTH AND SUBSEQUENTLY (IV) HANDICAPPED PERSONS (V) ELDERLY PERSONS.
