Charitable objects
2.2.1 TO SPREAD THE KNOWLEDGE, TEACHINGS, AND SPIRIT OF ISLAM AS PREACHED AND EXEMPLIFIED BY THE QURAN AND SUNNAH OF PROPHET MOHAMMED (P.B.U.H) 2.2.2 TO ENSURE THAT ALL AMAALS OF DAWAH (TABLIGHI JAMMAT) ARE FREELY UNDERTAKEN IN THE INSTITUTION/CENTRE. 2.2.3 TO ENSURE THAT THE HOUSE IS RUN ACCORDING TO FIQQA HANFIA AND TO THE SAME THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS OF THE SCHOLARS OF DEWBAND NAMELY TABLIGHI MARKAZ OF DEWSBURY, DAROL ULOOM HOLCOMBE HALL (NEAR BURY LANCASHIRE) AND JAMEET-UL-ULAMA OF BRITAIN. 2.2.4 THE IMAM SHALL BELONG TO AHLE-SUNNAH-WAL-JAMAT AND SHALL BE OF THE SCHOLARS OF DEWBAND NAMELY TABLIGHI MARKAZ OF DEWSBURY, DAROL ULOOM OF HOLCOMBE HALL (NEAR BURY LANCASHIRE) AND JAMEET UL-ULAMA OF BRITAIN. 2.2.5 TO ENCOURAGE AND HELP MEMBERS OF THE LOCAL MUSLIM COMMUNITY IN PERFORMING THEIR CONGREGATION DAILY PRAYERS, CELEBRATING THEIR HOLY DAYS (ACCORDING TO QURAN AND SUNNAH), AND TO LEARN MORE ABOUT ISLAM THOROUGH ORGANIZED TALKS AND CONFERENCES. 2.2.6 THE HOUSE SHALL HELP AND ENCOURAGE LOCAL MUSLIM COLLABORATION TO BUILD AND RUN THE MASJID(S), SCHOOLS, ISLAMIC CULTURAL AND COMMUNITY CENTRE(S) AND THE LIKE. 2.2.7 TO PROMOTE PEACE AND THE UNITY OF MUSLIMS. 2.2.8 TO CO-OPERATE WITH OTHER ORGANISATIONS HAVING SIMILAR AIMS TO SPEED UP FURTHER THE OBJECTIVES OF THE HOUSE. 2.2.9 TO PROMOTE PEACE AND HARMONY WITH ALL THE COMMUNITIES INCLUDING THE NON-MUSLIMS. 2.2.10 THE HOUSE SHALL ENCOURAGE AND ESTABLISH THE FIVE CONGREGATIONAL DAILY PRAYERS AT ITS HEADQUARTERS. 2.2.11 THE HOUSE SHALL ENDEAVOUR O HOLD ISLAMIC GATHERINGS, ISLAMIC STUDY SESSION, CONFERENCES, TALKS AND THE LIKE. 2.2.12 THE HOUSE MAY PROVIDE ACCOMMODATION FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF MUSLIM STUDENTS WHO SHALL BE EXPECTED TO COMPLY WITH CERTAIN ISLAMIC RULES LAID DOWN TO GOVERN THEIR STAYING IN THE ACCOMMODATION. 2.2.13 THE HOUSE SHALL PROVIDE AN ISLAMIC EDUCATION FOR THE CHILDREN OF THE LOCAL MUSLIM COMMUNITY, ACCORDING TO FIQQA HANFIA AND TO THE SAME THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS OF THE SCHOLARS OF DEWBAND NAMELY TABLIGHI MARKAZ OR DEWSBURY, DAROL ULOOM OF HOLCOMBE HALL (NEAR BURY LANCASHIRE) AND JAMEET-UL-ULAMA OF BRITAIN. 2.2.14 THE HOUSE SHALL MAINTAIN A LIBRARY ON ISLAMIC LITERATURE.
