THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH AUTISM, LEARNING DISABILITIES AND MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS LIVING IN SURREY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, IN SUCH A WAY AS THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.
