Activities - how the charity spends its money
We fundraise to cover the costs of leading wellbeing practitioners who have offered to provide their services to NHS workers at much-reduced charity rates. NHS staff have immediate access to CBT therapists; Psychotherapists; Mindfulness teachers; Meditation experts; Breath-work experts; Nutritional therapists, Personal trainers, Yoga teachers and Life coaches.

Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED (THE "OBJECTS") ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AMONG PROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE WORKERS AND ALL THOSE WORKING IN HOSPITALS, HOSPICES AND CARE HOMES, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING SERVICES WHICH THEY MIGHT OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO AFFORD.
