IN THE TOWN OF EPSOM IN THE COUNTY OF SURREY (“THE AREA OF BENEFIT”) (A) TO PROMOTE THE ENHANCEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS INHABITANTS AND OTHER VISITORS; AND (B) TO ADVANCE ART AND EDUCATION AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY THE CREATION, ERECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SCULPTURE OF THE SUFFRAGETTE EMILY WILDING DAVISON IN THE PUBLIC CENTRE OF THE TOWN IN WHICH SHE LOST HER LIFE AND IF THE TRUSTEES CONSIDER APPROPRIATE THE PROVISION OF OTHER EDUCATIONAL EVENTS AND MATERIALS AS ARE CAPABLE OF FURTHERING THESE OBJECTS.
