THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 5 TO 18 IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK AND ADJOINING BOROUGHS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO PLAY FOOTBALL. (FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE "FACILITIES" MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES).
