TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE CROWN BY THE PROVISION AND SUPPORT OF FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE EFFICIENCY AND WELL-BEING OF SERVICE PERSONNEL. TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE OPPORTUNITIES FOR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELLNESS IN AN EMPOWERING ENVIRONMENT. IN ADDITION, FOSTER CLOSE RELATIONSHIPS WITH SERVICE PERSONNEL (TRI-SERVICE), VETERANS, MEMBERS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, INCLUDING CHILDREN YOUNG PEOPLE, ELDERLY AND DISABLED.
