Charitable objects
(A) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF AN INDOOR HEATED PUBLIC SWIMMING POOL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF STRATFORD UPON AVON DISTRICT COUNCIL. (B) TO DO ALL SUCH LAWFUL ACTS OR THINGS AS ARE INCIDENTAL TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION AND SO FAR AS MAY BE NECESSARY OR DESIRABLE TO DO SUCH ACTS OR THINGS IN COLLABORATION WITH ANY PERSON BODY INSTITUTION ORAUTHORITY OR OTHERWISE.
