THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:
3.1 THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED AS A RESULT OF ILL HEALTH, POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; AND
3.2 THE PRESERVATION OF LIFE AND PROMOTION OF THE GOOD HEALTH AND WELFARE OF PEOPLE IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD,BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
