TO ADVANCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, EARLY CHILD DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION IN ENGLAND AND WALES, IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BY PUBLICISING THE IMPORTANCE OF EARLY YEARS EDUCATION; EXTENDING UNDERSTANDING OF ITS IMPORTANCE THROUGH RESEARCH (AND THE DISSEMINATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF THAT RESEARCH) COLLABORATION AND ADVOCACY, IN ORDER TO EFFECT IMPROVEMENTS IN THE EARLY DEVELOPMENT OF ALL CHILDREN.
