TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF THE LOCAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE OF THE AREA OF NEWTON-LE-WILLOWS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY (A) CARRYING OUT RESEARCH INTO THE LOCAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE OF THE AREA OF NEWTON-LE-WILLOWS; (B) PROVIDING INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE LOCAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE OF THE AREA OF NEWTON-LE-WILLOWS; (C) DEVELOPING EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES TO SHARE WITH OTHER LOCAL GROUPS AND SCHOOLS RELATING TO THE LOCAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE OF THE AREA OF NEWTON-LE-WILLOWS’. NEWTON-LE-WILLOWS IS INTENDED TO MEAN THE GEOGRAPHIC AREA LOCATED IN MERSEYSIDE, CONSISTING OF THE LOCAL AREAS OF NEWTON, EARLESTOWN, AND WARGRAVE IN THE POSTAL CODE REGION WA12 AND RESIDING IN ST HELENS METROPOLITAN BOROUGH.
