THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE: (A) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING BY: (I) ESTABLISHING AND SUPPORTING (FINANCIALLY OR OTHERWISE) SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES WHICH WILL PROVIDE ETHICAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE LONG-TERM UNEMPLOYED OR OTHERS FACING ANY FORM OF BARRIER TO WORK (WHETHER BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY OR ANY OTHER DISADVANTAGE); (II) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS SEEKING EMPLOYMENT AND ONGOING SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WHO FIND EMPLOYMENT, WHETHER BY WAY OF MENTORING, GUIDANCE, ADVICE, TRAINING OR ANY OTHER MEANS; AND (III) INFLUENCING PUBLIC POLICY AND SOCIAL ATTITUDES TO THE LONG-TERM UNEMPLOYED AND THE SUPPORT PROVIDED TO ENABLE VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS TO FIND AND MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT.
