FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES (SEND) AND THEIR FAMILIES ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME, AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO FREE EDUCATION AND MEDICAL CARE.
