FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE HOMELESS OR AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUNDS (NRPF), PREDOMINANTLY REFUGEES SEEKING ASYLUM, BY:
- PROVIDING SAFE, SUITABLE AND SUPPORTIVE ACCOMMODATION; AND
- OFFERING OTHER PRACTICAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT.
