Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE SCHEME SHALL BE TO RELIEVE PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA COVERED BY 'C' DVISION, WEST MERCIA CONSTABULARY THAT IS TO SAY THE PETTY SESSIONAL AREAS OF WORCESTER CITY, WORCESTER COUNTY, EVESHAM, LEDBURY, MALVERN, PERSHORE AND UPTON-ON-SEVERN, WHO ARE IN CONDITONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP, SICKNESS OR DISTRESS, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING OR WHO HAVE SUFFERED OR WHO HAVE SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF CRIME, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE COMMITTEE OF THINK FIT.
