Activities - how the charity spends its money
13 projects have been set up aimed at specified groups. These can be summarised as follows: - Groups for those with mental health issues, elderly , physical and/or learning disabilities, at risk (of exploitation or discrimination) . We offer inclusive weekly dance, exercise, theatre or singing classes, with wellbeing sessions encouraging open discussions being a key addition to the Mental Health

Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING DANCE, EXERCISE, THEATRE, SINGING CLASSES AND SUPPORT SESSIONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INDIVIDUALS WITH PHYSICAL AND / OR LEARNING DISABILITIES, THE ELDERLY AND THOSE SUFFERING WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES IN THE KIRKLEES AREA AND SURROUNDING LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
