FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE, ÔPROPHYLACTIC MEDICATIONÖ MEANS PRE-EXPOSURE PROPHYLAXIS (PREP), A MEDICATION THAT REDUCES THE RISK OF HIV INFECTION.
