THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN SALISBURY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY: 3.1 PROVIDING OR ARRANGING FOR THE PROVISION OF FOOD, TOILETRIES AND OTHER ESSENTIAL HOUSEHOLD ITEMS TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES; 3.2 HELPING INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ACCESS INFORMATION AND OTHER ADVISORY SERVICES RELEVANT TO THEIR NEEDS; AND 3.3 SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
