TO PROVIDE TRANSPORT FOR THE USE OF CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS AND/OR CHARITABLE GROUPS BASED IN THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON IN THE COUNTY OF CHESHIRE WHO ARE AFFILIATED TO THE ORGANISATION, OR INDIVIDUALS IN SPECIFIC NEED BY REASON OF POVERTY SICKNESS OR HANDICAP.
