THE OBJECTS OF THE CENTRE ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF BIRMINGHAM AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD THEREOF (PARTICULARY THOSE OF BANGLADESHI ORIGIN) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX RACE OF OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS
