Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO ADVANCE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE EDUCATION OF THE BENEFICIARIES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY: (1) PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES FOR EDUCATION PURPOSES AT THE ACADEMY (2) PROVIDING FUNDING FOR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: OUT-OF-SCHOOL TUITION; TRANSPORT FOR OUT-OF-SCHOOL ACTIVITIES; AND STUDENT EXCHANGES AND LINKS (3) AWARDING GRANTS AND AWARDS TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL NEED.
