Through member involvement in working groups, education, providing information, events, signposting and advocacy, to enable the citizens of the Harrogate District reduce their carbon emissions and conserve and protect the physical and natural environment. Promoting low carbon solutions across the District in building, energy, transport and food and promoting natural climate solutions.
