C) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY HARDSHIP IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD BY PROVIDING PERSONS WITH GRANTS, GOODS , AND OTHER SERVICES TO SUPPORT THEIR BASIC NEEDS OF EDUCATION, FOOD, CLOTHING, SHELTER, HEALTHCARE OR MEDICAL AID.
