The purpose of, South African Caribbean Association (SEACA) is to advance the education of the public, in the arts, crafts, culture, history and heritage of the African Caribbean community in Britain. We celebrate and share, African and Caribbean culture, acknowledging the traditions through different medias, be it education, film, music etc. The principal office of the CIO is in Southend, Essex
