THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO RELIEVE POVERTY BY MEETING CRITICAL NEEDS AND IMPROVING THE HEALTH AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE, WOMEN, FAMILIES AND THE ELDERLY, LIVING IN IMPOVERISHED COMMUNITIES IN KENYA, BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY FOR THE PROVISION OF MATERIALS OR SERVICES FOR SUPPORTING AND IMPROVING EDUCATIONAL, SANITATION, AND FEMALE HEALTH PROJECTS OR FACILITIES.
