FOR SUCH EDUCATIONAL USES AS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BE DECLARED BY THE EDUCATIONAL COMMITTEE OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF DARWEN FOR THE BENEFIT OF SCHOLARS ATTENDING OR WHO HAVE ATTENDED SCHOOLS WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF DARWEN OR SUCH OTHER TERRITORIAL LIMIT AS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED.
