TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS ATTENDING SCHOOLS IN (WARRINGTON AND DISTRICT) BY PROVIDING FACILITIES AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOLS AND IN THEIR HOMES (THESE FACILITIES NOT BEING NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY) AND IN PARTICULAR BY INVOLVING PARENTS AND STAFF IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS.
