THE RESTORATION MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENT CARE AND REPAIR OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST MARY, CUBBINGTON, WARWICKSHIRE INCLUDING (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY THEREOF) THE FABRIC OF THE BUILDING OF CHURCH AND CHURCHYARD (WITH THE BOUNDARY WALLS, GATES AND FENCES THEREOF) BUT FOR ONLY SO LONG AS THE SAID CHURCH SHALL BE THE PARISH CHURCH OF CUBBINGTON AFORESAID AND THEREAFTER FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID PARISH OF CUBBINGTON.
